Mailbox rentals have a minimum of 3-month rental period then can be canceled at any time. Your mailbox and mailbox address cannot be activated before coming to the store physically and receiving your key. Packages cannot be shipped or received at our locations until applicant has a key. All recipients must be pre-authorized by the applicant with this form and an approved photo ID. The Business Kitchen will take a photocopy of all approved IDs for verification.

The Business Kitchen management reserves the right to refuse service, if the Business Kitchen regulations and state laws of Michigan aren’t being followed.
